Coming from the South. If you come from Extremadura, Andalucia, or from Madrid by highway, follow the road that is parallel to the river Tormes, until you reach a bridge, which is at the entrance of the university. When you have crossed the bridge, you will be right next to the Campus. The first street on the right is the Avda. de Maristas(before Champagnat Avenue), where Residencia Abrantes is.
Coming from the North. Follow the signs to the city centre, until you reach a square with a fountain in its middle (Puerta de Zamora). You'll need to turn right in a street named Paseo de Carmletias. To find it, we recommend you ask your way. You will now have a park on your left named Parque de San Francisco. You are now right next to Residencia Abrantes, however in car the access to the street that would lead you to it is a one-way street. Ask your way again to Avda. de Los Maristas and you'll soon find us at number 16.

Coming from the train station: We strongly recommend that you take a taxi, since you will need to cross most of the city. Taxi prices are reasonable and you will be charged an extra 3 Euros for luggage. To book a taxi, phone (923) 250000. As an alternative, you can take a city bus..
For more information about taking the train to Salamanca, we suggest you look at the RENFE's homepage: www.renfe.es
The railway station is next to a leisure and shopping centre with restaurants, cafeterias, game rooms, a big parking, cinema, etc.
